Douglas A26C Invader

One of the highlights yesterday was catching up with with A26C Invader. It flew over from the States fairly recently having been acquired by a new owner in Poland and has made several air show appearances in the UK since. Hopefully it will stick around. As mentioned below it wasn't in a great place on the flightline and sadly the light wasn't fabulous when it flew but it was impressive to see it in the company of the Fury and P47 before its sols slot.

    1. Thanks Gaz. Hopefully it will be about next year as well. Is it down for your coming European show?

  2. No mate but at least got to see it. But at least L got to see it at least once on the ground and flew over the apartments lol which was a nice. Highlights for me hopefully will be 'Francis Dell' and one of the Craig Charleston Me 109E flown by Charlie Brown but that was supposed to attend Le Ferte Alais but did not show. Loads of stuff to see and looking forward to it and if the A-20C shows that would be icing on the cake. l understand its still at DX. I did think it was going to Sanacole on the way home to Poland but time will tell.
